VPN Services VPN issues affecting Virgin Media & O2

We are aware of a VPN issue affecting users on Virgin Media & O2. Our internet provider is investigating this issue directly with Virgin Media as its affecting several universities.

Our suppliers have put a temporary work around in place which should improve VPN performance.
