Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Student Print Intermittent issues with Student Print

We are currently investigating issues affecting student printing where users are unable to print.

We believe the printing issues are now resolved - sorry for any inconvenience. If you are experiencing any further problems printing please contact the IT Service Desk.
