Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

VPN Services VPN Issues

There is currently an issue with VPN services - we are currently investigating.

  • The issue with the VPN service is now resolved, if you are still having issues connecting please contact the IT Service Desk.

    Microsoft O365 Microsoft Teams

    Some users may experience issues with the activity feed notifications on Microsoft Teams, this has been flagged to Microsoft and hopefully will be resolved soon for all users.
