Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft O365 Microsoft Teams Issues

Microsoft are experiencing issues with the Teams Service - they are aware and investigating, this is affecting a number of institutions globally.

  • Microsoft have resolved the issue.

    • Keele People Keele People Admin currently unavailable

    We are currently investigating a problem with logins to the Keele People admin system. This problem is not affecting employee self service.

  • You should now be able to login to the Keele People admin system. If you are still having any issues please contact the Service Desk.
