Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Intermittent SSO Login Issues

We have received reports that both students and staff are intermittently unable to login to services that use the Keele Single Sign-On (SSO) service. We are currently investigating this issue.

We believe we have identified and fixed the issue, will continue to watch for re-occurrences.
