Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft O365 [TM205942] Can't open files in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft have made us aware that some users may be unable to open specific files from within Microsoft Teams. This issue is limited to opening Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.

Current status: We're analyzing diagnostic data to determine the source of the issue.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to any user attempting to open Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.

Microsoft have confirmed that this issue is now resolved.
