Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Playback Lecture Capture Issues with PlayBack

Colleagues have reported issues with uploading content to the KLE from PlayBack/Lecture Capture. We are working to resolve these issues asap. Please continue to log calls on the Service Desk if you haven't already done so, and we will come back to you once the issue has been resolved.

  • We believe all outstanding issues with PlayBack have now been resolved. If you have further issues please report them to the Service Desk https://servicedesk.keele.ac.uk

  • We now believe most backlogged recordings on PlayBack are being uploaded correctly. Please report any further issues to the Service Desk at https://servicedesk.keele.ac.uk
