Essential networks maintenance

On Saturday 11th May between 8am and 10am Information and Digital Services will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our networks. During this upgrade period, the Visitor WiFi registration portal and the Magnet portal should be considered at risk.

Access to eduroam and all other network services should operate as normal during this upgrade. If you have difficulty accessing the network or the portals following this work, please contact the IT Service Desk by emailing it.service@keele.ac.uk

Playback Lecture Capture Issues with PlayBack

Colleagues have reported issues with uploading content to the KLE from PlayBack/Lecture Capture. We are working to resolve these issues asap. Please continue to log calls on the Service Desk if you haven't already done so, and we will come back to you once the issue has been resolved.
