Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

WiFi Problems connecting to Eduroam WiFi

We are currently investigating issues with users unable to connect to Eduroam.

  • This should now be resolved - if you experience any further issues connecting to Eduroam please contact the IT Service Desk.

    VPN Services Issues with Keele VPN

    We are currently experiencing issues with our AnyConnect VPN. Users experiencing issues are advised to use vpn.keele.ac.uk instead. Details of how to change VPN are on this webpage - https://keeleacuk.sharepoint.com/sites/IDSEmergencyGuidance/SitePages/Virtual-Private-Network-(VPN).aspx

  • The issues we were having with the VPN have now been resolved.
