Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Login issues

We are currently having issues with logins to various university systems and are investigating the issue. Systems affected are those which use Single Sign-on, where users enter their username and password.

Systems using the Microsoft Azure log-in system, where users enter their email address and password, are not affected.
