VPN Services VPN issues affecting Virgin Media & O2

We are aware of a VPN issue affecting users on Virgin Media & O2. Our internet provider is investigating this issue directly with Virgin Media as its affecting several universities.

  • Our suppliers have put a temporary work around in place which should improve VPN performance.

    Keele People Keele People

    Keele People remains unavailable today following issues performing a routine upgrade yesterday. We are working with the service provider, Midland HR, to get the system back up and running as soon as possible.

    Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

  • We have made the pre-upgrade version of Keele People available again while we continue to work to resolve issues with the upgrade.

    The system will need to be taken offline again later this week so the upgrade can take place.
