Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

KLE - Blackboard KLE Access Issues

Some users are experiencing issues accessing students.keele.ac.uk

There is a delay with the site loading, and some users are then unable to log-in.

We are investigating these issues and hope the site will be available again shortly.

Access issues to the KLE have now been resolved.
