12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft O365 O365 performance issues

Microsoft UK have reported known issues with the following services, you may experience slowness or unable to access them. Impacted services include, but were not limited to: SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Microsoft Teams Microsoft 365 admin center

These issues have now been resolved.

[16:35] Microsoft have released an update on this incident, which states they have identified the cause of the issues and have put measures in place to resolve them. Users should start to see a return of service.
