IDS will be migrating the CompSci lab machine service to a new host system on Tuesday 8th July between 9am and 1pm. This work is being carried out to improve the security of the system and to support our digital transformation.

WiFiWiFi issues in Barnes accommodation
We are investigating the cause of a WiFi outage which occurred unexpectedly last night in Barnes accommodation.
Some students are still experiencing issues accessing eduroam this morning, and one of our technicians is currently on site working to resolve the issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing to our students.
Update 09:09 - We believe this issue is now resolved. If you have any further issues please report them to the IT Service Desk.
Update 08:30 - This outage may also be affecting Keele Day Nursery and the Accommodation Office at Barnes.

uPay login issues
We have received reports that some users are experiencing issues accessing uPay.
This means that users may have trouble paying for items using their Keele Cards or adding money via the app.
We hope this issue will be resolved soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
