Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

uPay app unavailable

We are receiving reports of issues accessing the uPay app, which is used on campus for ordering food and drink and for topping up your Keele Card.

We are working to get these issues resolved as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.

    We're seeing issues with the old Mailman Maillists system - we're identifying the issue and hoping to resolve soon.
