Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft O365 Join a Teams call from Outlook Web

We are seeing reports of the 'Join' button missing from Outlook web calendar for Teams Calls - the work around is to join an event from the calendar tab on the Teams App.

The teams join button issue appears to now be resolved.
