Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

RSUH Network Network Service to UHNM

We are aware of performance issues with the network connectivity from Keele Campus to UHNM for services to CEC, UGMS1 and Guy Hilton - teams are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please check back here for updates.

We currently have an outage from Keele to UHNM which may continue until the morning of Thursday 16th Feb - engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
