From the 11th September, IDS will be updating the operating systems on network hardware in Halls of residence to ensure the security and reliability of our network. This work will be done in phases and out of hours to minimise disruption. This will affect all wireless networks and anything that is physically connected to the network in the halls. Outages are likely to last between 10-15 minutes as equipment upgrades.
