Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are currently investigating an issue with the VPN.

We have now resolved the issue with the VPN and you should now be able to connect, if you are still having issues please contact the IT Service Desk. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
