Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Alma monthly statements not sent

Alma has failed to send out the normal monthly statement of current loans - users will instead have received a blank email. This is a known issue affecting multiple Alma systems around the world and Ex Libris are investigating. Your loans remain visible if you login to Library Search.

Update 05/12/23:- This has now been resolved and monthly statement has gone out to anyone with a loan.
