12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We're experiencing issues with our TOPDesk service desk system - our suppliers have been notified and are working on resolving the issue.

The issue with Topdesk is now resolved and the system is available again. If you are still having any issues please contact the IT Service Desk.
