Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft O365 Microsoft Sway Unavailable

Updated from Microsoft Support:

We’ve successfully deployed the configuration reset across all of the impacted infrastructure. We’ve confirmed after a period of monitoring that the service availability has been restored to expected performance thresholds.
