Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

3rd party antivirus outage

Information and Digital Services are aware of an ongoing incident with Crowdstrike, a 3rd party anti-virus provider. This does not affect any Keele systems and you are encouraged to check news outlets if you are impacted.
