Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Single Sign On Issue

We are currently aware of an issue with Single Sign On which is preventing users from signing in to various applications. IDS are aware of the problem and are working on a resolution as soon as possible. We will provide more information in due course.
