Nutanix Frame Issues initiating new sessions for Frame VDI system

We're currently experiencing issues creating new user sessions on the Nutanix Frame VDI environment and investigation is underway. Existing user sessions seem to be unaffected.

The issue with Nutanix Frame is now resolved and the service is operational again. Apologies for the inconvenience.
