Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Keele People

    Nutanix Frame Issues initiating new sessions for Frame VDI system

    We're currently experiencing issues creating new user sessions on the Nutanix Frame VDI environment and investigation is underway. Existing user sessions seem to be unaffected.

  • The issue with Nutanix Frame is now resolved and the service is operational again. Apologies for the inconvenience.
