12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft has identified an issue affecting some users Keele IT Email access.

Users may be unable to access their mailboxes using any connection method. The issue is currently being looked into by Microsoft. You can monitor the status of this issue on the Microsoft Service Status page. https://portal.office.com/servicestatus/

Microsoft has now confirmed that the issue has been resolved.
