Essential networks maintenance

On Saturday 11th May between 8am and 10am Information and Digital Services will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our networks. During this upgrade period, the Visitor WiFi registration portal and the Magnet portal should be considered at risk.

Access to eduroam and all other network services should operate as normal during this upgrade. If you have difficulty accessing the network or the portals following this work, please contact the IT Service Desk by emailing it.service@keele.ac.uk

Microsoft O365 Issues with Office 365

Microsoft have reported that it has identified a fault which will be affecting some users in Europe, including in the UK.

Users are having issues accessing various Office 365 products as a result. We are not aware of whether this is affecting Keele users currently, but it may do.
