We are receiving reports that some users are unable to login to their managed desktops and see a black screen with white cursor.
We are currently investigating this issue and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
We have now identified and resolved this issue. Some computers were unable to boot to their operating system due to a configuration change made within one of our management systems. This change has been rolled back and computers have now started to boot correctly.
If your computer is still showing a black screen, please restart it before contacting the IT Service Desk for further assistance.
