IDS will be migrating the CompSci lab machine service to a new host system on Tuesday 8th July between 9am and 1pm. This work is being carried out to improve the security of the system and to support our digital transformation.

CMS timeout issues
We are currently looking into ongoing issues with the CMS (Terminal 4), used for updating information on the Keele web pages and staff intranet. The system is experiencing intermittent issues with timing out on users.
We believe this problem is now fixed.

TurnitinTurnitin Issues
We are currently investigating an issue with Turnitin and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
Turnitin has now resolved the issue. If you are still having problems accessing Turnitin please contact the IT Service Desk.
