There are on-going worldwide issues currently with O365 - Microsoft are currently investigating.
Microsoft has notified us that the following services are being impacted, which large numbers of users are unable to access:
-Microsoft Teams
-Exchange Online
-Outlook
-SharePoint Online
-OneDrive for Business
-Microsoft Graph
We believe systems are back to normal for Keele users on O365 - if you experience further issues, please contact the IT Service Desk.
Microsoft has rolled back a configuration change on their network and is monitoring the situation.
Microsoft has identified the root cause of the issues experienced and is working to resolve this ASAP.
We are seeing some services for O365 now returning for Keele users, if you are unable to access a service, please try again. We'll keep updating as and when we know more.
