Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft O365 Intermittent issues with Microsoft Stream

We've had a number of reports from colleagues about issues they are experiencing with Microsoft Stream.

These issues appear to be intermittent rather than widespread, but we are waiting for more information from Microsoft about them.

Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.
