Keele People Security maintenance - 25 September

Keele People will be unavailable between midnight and midday on Saturday 25 September whilst routine security maintenance is carried out. This work is being completed by Midland HR, our system provider.

Student Email Access

Student Email Access - Your email is now on Outlook. This is a reminder that your Keele mailbox has now been moved to Microsoft Outlook. You now need to access your Keele emails through the Outlook Web App and/or Outlook Mobile App, rather than any other means.

Microsoft O365 Microsoft Teams

Microsoft are aware of issues accessing Microsoft Teams & Audio/Video calls. Users able to access Microsoft Teams may experience degraded performance with multiple features.

We'll update on the situation shortly.

  • Update 13:27 - Microsoft have reported that they have completed work to resolve these issues and users should now start seeing a return of service.

  • Update 13:05 - Microsoft have confirmed these issues are affecting users globally and they are working to resolve the issues. Keele users are having intermittent issues with accessing calls, using chat/comments, and with call quality.

  • 26th April 2021

    eVision/SCIMS Intermittent issues with Remote Apps

    We are currently investigating issues some users are experiencing with Remote Apps, including the SCIMS client. Our team are looking into this and will work to resolve issues asap.

  • Update 11:47 - We believe these issues are now resolved. If you continue to have issues accessing any remote apps, including the SCIMS client, please get in touch with the IT Service Desk.
