Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft 365 services using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Issue

Users may be unable to login to Microsoft 365 services using MFA. This issue is currently being looked into by Microsoft.

  • Microsoft are now reporting this issue is resolved.

    • Microsoft O365 Outlook on the Web - Shared Mailbox Issue

    Users may be unable to view email message contents within shared archive mailbox search results in Outlook on the web. This issue is currently being looked into by Microsoft.
