KLE Maintenance

Our suppliers will be carrying out maintenance to the KLE from 13:00 on Friday 12th September to 01:00 on Saturday 13th September. During this time there could be times when the KLE is unavailable.

uPay login issues

We have received reports that some users are experiencing issues accessing uPay.

This means that users may have trouble paying for items using their Keele Cards or adding money via the app.

We hope this issue will be resolved soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This issue should now be resolved - if you are still experiencing issues, please try restarting your device, and if you continue having issues after this point, please contact the IT Service Desk by emailing it.service@keele.ac.uk
