Microsoft 365 services using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Issue

Users may be unable to login to Microsoft 365 services using MFA. This issue is currently being looked into by Microsoft.

Microsoft are now reporting this issue is resolved.

Microsoft O365 Outlook on the Web - Shared Mailbox Issue

Users may be unable to view email message contents within shared archive mailbox search results in Outlook on the web. This issue is currently being looked into by Microsoft.
